These glasses come with a hardshell case and the original certificate which is the white card with Kazuo Kawasaki's signature you see in the picture. They also come with demo clear lenses and you need to visit your optometrist, or eye doctor, as you usually do, in order to get the prescription lenses for these glasses: We do not provide prescription lenses.
