It is heavy feels like good quality there is defiantly somthing wrong inside it ceased up on us three different times in a 30 month period where it would not turn sink to sink oh by the way it is only 30 months old and we are on well water but we have a water softener and every other filter you can imagine so its not the water . I n grohe"s defense they did send new internal parts for the top side of it still same thing going on so Now they tell me they will send me a new one . the rep at Grohe said there is no issues with the K7 model but the reviews on there web site say differently . Paid a lot of money for its and really not worth it I did all the work myself but if I had to pay a plumber it would have been well into the hundreds . Oh almost forgot , to get the top section apart I had to use a cutting wheel on a grinder to separate it and remove thats how corroded it was inside and that ruins the whole faucet right there .wish I had kept them I would have put the pictures below .Read full review

Heavy metal, not plastic. Pleasing to use due to sturdiness. Could have a little more water flow however.
