A. Item has been inspected and no defects were found. Shoes show light wear. Shoes were conditioned inside and out. After inspection and conditioning, shoes are in excellent condition.

B. Item has been inspected and no defects were found. Shoes show average wear. No sign of abuse. Shoes were conditioned inside and out.  After inspection and conditioning, shoes are in average condition, with a nice finish, good soles and inserts.

C. Item has been inspected and minor defects were found. Shoes show average wear. Minor repairs were made to correct the defect and shoes were inspected and conditioned.  After processing, shoes are in average condition, with a nice finish, good soles and inserts. But one shoe still has a small tear on the toe.

D. Item has been inspected and found amount of wear to be more than average. No defects were found. Shoes were buffed and conditioned inside and out. After conditioning, finish, soles and inserts are good to fair condition, with a lot of life left on the shoes.

E. Item has been inspected and found slight scuffs and minor scratches, but shoe shows light to average wear.  After processing and buffing, shoes are in average to above average condition, but still have signs of slight scuff or scratching. .
