I pack securely  - Everything is packed in clean new boxes. Paper items are packed in corrugated board mailers so they won't get bent.  Everything is sent with Delivery Confirmation. Signature confirmation is used on transactions over $250.00.

I have fair shipping costs - I charge actual shipping. Shipping costs on invoices are estimates - I don't know exact cost until an item is packed. I will refund unused postage after I ship an item if it's more than about a dollar.

I only ship to eBay registered address  - I have thousands of items for sale on eBay. I have software and a process for handling this volume efficiently. Shipping labels are printed from your address with eBay and your packing is going there.   

I am honest  - I do my best to describe items accurately and fairly. Please read the entire description before bidding. Pennsylvania residents have to pay state sales tax. I do not mark International shipments as 'gifts'. I will not lie on customs forms. I will not ship items via Media Mail unless they qualify as media.
