Please allow us 3-5 business days after payment clears for the item to be shipped, delivered or ready for pick up.
Payment arrangements must be made within 7 days of auction end. After 7 days of no communication then the item will be relisted on eBay. Any paid item left at the warehouse after 30 days will be considered abandoned at a loss to the buyer and relisted on eBay.
Pochel’s prefers PayPal for ebay transactions. Cash and Cashiers Check all accepted by mail only. No COD or payment upon pick-up. WA residents need to add 9.3% to their total.
How To Get Your Item
There are three ways to get your item:
· Pochel’s can deliver within a 100 mile radius
· Customer can pick up the item from the store
· Item can be shipped
Delivery can be arranged within a 100 mile radius of Tacoma for a fee. Please email us for a quote to your city. Due to insurance purposes, our delivery person can only take the item off the truck. The customer is responsible for moving the item into the home/business and for installation.
If you are picking up the appliance, Pochel's can load the item for you but is not responsible for providing tie-downs or for strapping it down. Please bring what you need to get it home safely.
Buyers arrange shipping for any item at their own expense. Pochel’s has accounts with UPS, DHL, freightquote.com and unishippers.com. We are more than happy to assist in any way we can with your shipping needs, however, we are not responsible for the item once it leaves the store. No returns on shipped items. No refunds on shipped items. Any damage during shipping is between the buyer and freight company.
