Note, shipping charges are not refundable, customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, and a 15% restock fee applies

All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) and items that are abused are not returnable.

Before we can accept any returns, a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be received from iCraveit Customer Care by sending an email through eBay's contact form.
