Fits 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ
These are HEAVY DUTY rock sliders that aid in protecting your Jeep when rubbing against rocks etc.
The product is custom built so please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.FEATURES:
-Made with 1.25" Schedule 40 pipe (1.66 OD and 1.38 ID, 0.14" wall). This tubing is rated for moderate impacts from trail obstacles. See options for Upgraded options for extreme use.
- Two tubing supports between the tubes (not pictured)
-Will support the weight of the vehicle as a jacking point.
-EACH rail has 2 supports from the tubes to the "frame" portion of the unibody with 4 bolts and rivet nuts per support. On the rocker panel itself, there are 7 rivet nuts and bolts. Thus you must drill into the rocker panel as well as the unibody frame.
-Great protection against impacts from obstacles & covers existing body damage
-INCLUDES Neoprene rubber gasket material to go between the paint and rocker to protect your paint from scratches as well as reduces moisture. All hardware and installation instructions are also included.
-These come bare metal.
-Angle of tube that is the step $Free
Adjust the angle of the tubes to gain clearance, or be a lower step. Comes parallel to the ground as listed.
-No tubing supports(between tubes) -$30
This is recommended for those of you looking primarily for a step, and should not be relied on as a jacking point, nor will they protect against impacts as well.
-Add a third tubing support both sides +$15
Recommended for those who abuse their Jeeps to their limits. Provides maximum resistance to bending.
-Add 3rd frame rail leg to both +$30
Recommended for those who abuse their Jeeps to their limits. Provides superior assurance against rotation of the rails.
-Pinch seam mounts (4 bolts per side) +$30
Recommended for individuals over 250 lbs, and for those who have rusty rocker panels.
-Rustoleum bedliner coating +$45
-Upgrade to Schedule 80 1.25" pipe +$60
Recommended for rough trail use (1.66 OD and 1.28 ID, 0.19 wall)
-Minus outside tube and supports -$60
Provides maximum clearance but still acts as a guard for the rocker panel. No step.
