Lets face it.... cars are a luxury, therefore an expense. The simple fact is, no matter how you look at it, even if your car runs perfect all the time, you still have to put gas in it to make it go. Expense! But who's car runs perfect all the time? If you have one, let me know so I can get one too! But honestly, at some point in time your car needs some attention. Whether it is the simple oil change, brakes, or something more difficult, wouldn't it be nice to do it yourself as opposed to shelling out a bunch of cash to have someone else do it for you? The Haynes line of repair manuals are perfect for the novice level and up do it yourselfers! Not only do they put the tasks in an easy to understand text, they use excellent photographs to accompany the written repair. Making this a extremely valuable asset to someone with a little motivation to save themselves some hard earned money!Read full review

a repair manual for any car you own is a good idea...saves on repair fees! any of hayes repair manuals are easy to read and follow, look on ebay for used manuals, they are cheaper then new....happy bidding
This manual is typical of Haynes books, it hits the high spots, but inevitably leaves out a few needed details. This particular manual was poorly printed with some pages so lightly inked that there was NO useful information. Next time I need a specific manual, I will be looking for a Chilton's.
