LISTING

Although every listings are guaranteed its authenticity, please do not expect or assume that there is any implied warranty for purchase item.  If we do not specifically say it in our listing, we can not provide any warranty. If you feel uncertain about any information or condition presented in our listing materials, please contact us before bidding.

BIDDING  

Please place your bids very carefully because bids retraction cannot be accepted under any circumstances.  And, we do not appreciate any bidders with no basic knowledge (also, respect) of common auction's rule and genuine Japanese (Asian) antiques for the comfortable smooth transaction for each other.  If you are not confident of the authenticity of our selection's description, or not ready for possession of our items, please just do not place a bid for this time.

PAYMENT  

The winning bidders will be notified and invoiced by e-mail within a day after auction.  Required payment method is PAYPAL.  No personal cheques, No private enterprise's money transfer services, and No cash by mail from overseas can be accepted under any circumstances.  Payment is due within 7 days after the auction closing unless otherwise agreed with us in advance, so please contact us if you have any reasons for having to delay your payment before bidding.

SHIPPING

All items cannot be shipped by any economy mail services with no tracking information such as SAL (small package shipment ) and surface mail for safety reasons.  If you can consider our items are very important, please use EMS even though it costs more expensive than the other mail services because it is the fastest and safest in all services of Japan Post.  Not to mention we do not make profit on shipping, we even do not charge for insurance from buyers.  In addition, please let us know freely in advance if you have some requests like you want us to indicate some particular writings for regulated paperworks (ex : "Antique more than 100 years old") or you have any questions about this transaction.

REFUND

Basically, we are always trying to do fair, smart, and comfortable business with all buyers even if you also understand by checking our feedback.  However, for exceptional case, if the buyers claim that the description turns out to be incorrect, the purchase price will be refunded providing that return must be insured and arrive in the original condition as purchased within 14 days on receipt of the item. (*The total fee of eBay selling format and shipping handling will be charged from the refund.)

FEEDBACK  

We have never been leaving feedback before the buyers leave feedback for us.  We consider the first feedback from the buyer is the notice of successful arrival confirmation without any troubles besides grading of transaction.  Therefore, please leave feedback from you at first if you are satisfied with our items and service, and we will leave feedback to you with appreciation.
