Regarding auctions: To end the auction early using "Buy it Now", buyers will be required to pay immediately. Buyer is expected to contact seller within 3 days of auction close with method of payment. Payment is expected within 10 days or the item will be re-listed and seller will file Non-Paying Bidder Alert with eBay.
At Sewing Machines Plus More!, we pride ourselves on our email communication with all of our customers. We will communicate with you each step of the way via your eBay registered email address, beginning with your questions, winning bidder notification, payment instructions and order update.

Buyer is to pay shipping and handling of amount stated in the listing. Wanting every item that we send out to arrive safely, we insure every item that leaves our warehouse at our own expense. We ship most orders UPS ground, though smaller items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
After your payment you might receive a UPS tracking number, but that does not necessarily mean the item has left our warehouse yet. Please be aware it may take up to 6 to 14 business days for your order to arrive. The UPS tracking number will become active at some time during the 6-14 day period.
We try to ship every item the same day in which your order is placed and payment is verified, however it usually takes 24-72 hours during heavy sales periods to process an order.
We ship to all 50 states in the US, as well Canada.
We are happy to ship internationally to most countries. If the address you provide is recognized by the USPS system, you will be provided with a shipping quote according to commercial carrier rate tables in the United States. If the shipping quote returns zero, then we will email you a shipping quote as soon as we manually calculate one for you. We, at Sewing Machines Plus More, do not know or have any control over customs, duty, brokerage fees, or any other additional fees that will be added by government agencies at time of delivery. We have no way of knowing what governments charge citizens of other countries beyond the actual shipping charges that we collect on our own invoices according to UPS rate tables.
International customers please note, all our machines run on either 110v or 120v, and if used outside the USA will require a voltage converter. This is outside warranty and return policies, your machine will NOT be covered if damaged due to improper voltage consumption.
Please see the map below for average shipping times, but allow up to 6-10 business days for your order to arrive. Orders being shipped to an address in the state of California are subject to 8.75% sales tax.
Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order due to customs processing and additional shipping time from the US and through Canada. Be aware that you must bear all additional customs and brokerage fees. We are not responsible for additional importation fees, and these fees are not included in the total price of your order.
At Sewing Machines Plus More, we want to make your eBay shopping experience with us as easy and comfortable as possible. Customer satisfaction is our top goal. On rare occasions and despite our best efforts, an item might turn out to be defective. In the very unlikely event you receive a defective product, we ask you to remember that we do not manufacture these products; we simply market them for the manufacturers and factories. That said, please notify us of any problem or defect so that we can arrange for a replacement.
Policy on Store Inventory Items:
The first step is to email us to request a Return Authorization. In order to speed up the process, please include what is wrong with the unit, your name, full address, model number, receipt number and how you paid for the item. We will gladly ship you a replacement unit or give you a refund. Due to the size and activity of our warehouse, we cannot accept nor be responsible for items and shipping charges if the item is shipped to us without a prior consent and a Return Authorization number. We will provide you with further instructions. Once the item has been shipped back to us, giving us your tracking number will make the total process much quicker for you.
Please make sure all original paperwork, box, warranties and accessories are intact and with the unit when it is shipped back. Exchanges will be honored if the original item was defective, and the exchange will be for a like item. Should you desire a refund, all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If the item was bought with a free shipping promotion, then the actual original shipping costs that were borne by us will be deducted from the refund.
Please make sure to write your RA number clearly on the shipping label. Refunds are issued an average of 7 business days after the checking in of your returned product. After we issue the refund, it is up to your bank to post the credit on your account in a timely manner; PayPal credits take 24 hours or less in most cases. Policy on Auction Items:
We do not accept returns on used machine auctions. However, we make every effort to guarantee the satisfaction of the winning bidder. Every used machine is fully serviced by our two certified in-house mechanics before being put on auction and shipped out to ensure that it will be in proper working order. We also offer unlimited phone support to answer questions or to walk you through using your machine.
In the very unlikely event you receive a machine that does not work properly, please contact us. We will be more than willing to help you troubleshoot the isses you are having. If necessary, we will also cover the cost of shipping to bring it back to our shop for inspection and repair. Once it has been repaired and tested, we will ship the machine back to you at our expense. If upon initial inspection we do not find anything wrong with the machine, however, the machine will be shipped back to you at your cost.
