Last season I visited with collectors who gather coffee from seven of the highest peaks in the Mountains. We call these mountains our seven kings, because they watch over and provide for the mountain folks needs. These beans were collected from the highest reaches of the coffee's range on each of these seven peaks. Last season I paid a premium to have these  beans separated from the rest of the beans. I recieved twenty pounds of beans from each collector on my last trip. These beans are "the toughest bean man the highest of high" says Thunder my #1 selector.
