Single disc DVDs are shipped 1st Class Mail. Two disc sets and multiple orders are shipped via Media Mail. We recommend that residents of Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories select Priority mail shipping, if purchasing anything other than one single disc DVD. Media Mail can take weeks for you to receive.

Guarantee & Returns
We are very fair and easy going. We guarantee our DVDs to be free from defects. Should a DVD be defective we will gladly replace it if we have a copy in stock, or refund your purchase price. Please email us within 3 days of receiving the DVD to describe the problem. Occasionally, the DVD will become dislodged in the case during shipment. This is usually not a problem. However, if your DVD is scratched and will not play simply contact us for remedy.
