We happily accept the return of unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery. When requesting a return please follow these guidelines:

A Return Merchandise Authorization Number is required for all returns. (Returns without a RMA are subject to delay or refusal) Contact us via email to request a return.
Return shipping charges and arrangements are the buyer's responsibility.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Merchandise must be in its original unopened packaging with all parts and accessories. Opened and or used items are not returnable for a refund.
Additional charges may apply for missing or damaged parts, accessories, manuals, etc.
Air Beds are a personal item and are not returnable for hygienic reasons if opened.
All returns are professionally inspected before a refund will be issued.
A credit will be issued to original credit card or your PayPal account within 3-5 days of the delivery of your return.

Warranty, Technical Assistance & Missing Parts

All of the products we sell are Brand New, Factory Direct and Factory Sealed. We do not sell, used, opened, refurbished or factory second products.

There is an Intex Manufacturer's 90 Day Limited Replacement Warranty on Intex Pool Liners. The Filter Pump System warranty is 1 year. Item will be replaced one time with a new identical item only. Buyer must cover return shipping charges. The warranty will cover the shipping charges of a new item to the buyer. Refunds are not available in lieu of a warranty replacement. The warranty does not cover abrasions, rips, tears, punctures, holes, air loss, etc that are a result of use or misuse. This warranty is handled ONLY by Intex, the manufacturer. We do not administer the warranty on this item, you MUST deal directly with Intex. If you do not agree to this, please do not purchase this product from us.
