We will accept a return free of charge, for a full refund of the purchase price and no restocking fee if the product purchased arrives defective or there is a clear error in the listing AND Dell is unable to fix the item. Prior to a return we require a phone call for remote diagnosis AND coordination with Dell to give us a chance to understand and attempt to fix any problem.

Some Dell systems arrive with an issue. We are not Dell and we cannot control that. But we have a crazy high success rate of getting Dell to fix any issue. If you are not willing to work with us and Dell, and/or you return the item and upon inspection it is not “defective”, we will either reject the return or charge a 15% restocking fee and subtract all shipping expenses from the refund. The returned item and all packaging must be the same as new, and Windows cannot have been modified. Shipping is always non-refundable. We are remarkable at helping our customers get issues resolved so just drop us a note!
