Payment is expected within a day of the auction closing.  After eight days, the sale is referred to eBay as an unpaid item case so that I can recover the eBay fees paid on the sale. After four more days without payment, eBay marks your account with an unpaid item, which can lead to limited account privileges or account suspension, and your item will be relisted.

Shipping: After the payment clears, I ship the same business day (to 3:30 PM ET) for next day air and one business day (or less) for other methods of shipment.

Most of my small items ship by USPS Priority Mail;  Heavier ones ship UPS Ground.  However the listings usually provide for other choices (including next day).

I usually ship 6 days a week for USPS and 5 days a week for UPS.

Free shipping only applies to the United States, including Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.

USPS provides a Delivery Confirmation Number.  The Delivery Confirmation Number may or may not show where the item is at any moment, but it does provide proof that the package was delivered.  UPS and FedEx provide a Tracking Number.  The Tracking Number shows where the item is at any moment, as well as proof that the package was delivered.

I offer a combined shipping discount based on the weight of the items (when shipping is not free). To determine shipping for multiple quantities of one item, click on the Shipping and Payments tab, enter the quantity and click Get Rates". For different items, click Add to Cart for each of the items (in the right quantities) and the cart will calculate total shipping.

International Shipping: I ship to all countries serviced by USPS or UPS.

Please wait 30 days before declaring a package is missing in transit. Many international packages take far more than the listed eBay interval.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is collected for shipments to Georgia.

Return Policy: If you are unhappy with your item, please contact me within 30 days of receipt.

I accept returns within 30 days from the time you received the package. The item must be in the same condition that it was sent to you.

• If items are not as described and I have made a blatant mistake, I will issue you a refund for your entire payment (including shipping).
• If items are returned for your convenience and you paid for shipping, the item is subject to a 12% restocking fee to cover the eBay fees for the purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If items are returned for your convenience and you received free shipping, the item is subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover the eBay fees and shipping for the purchase.

If you will agree to cancel the transaction with me prior to getting the refund, I will reduce the restocking fee by 5% (to 7% and 20% respectively).
