 Florida Consignments is a consignment shop based on the internet. We accept donations of all types. We primarily sell items on Ebay and on our future website www.floridaconsignments.com. While we would prefer to not have any returns, we understand that sometimes your items are not what you thought they might be. We will gladly refund or accept returns on merchandise that is received broken if we are notified in 3 business days of receipt.

Warranty items: As our items are mainly donated items we cannot offer any warranty that may be associated with the device or item you purchase. However we will offer an exchange of a like product of your choice or if a similar product exists on our site then we will gladly replace the item. If an item does have a warranty associated with it. We will honor any warranty according to the terms of the items listing. On our Ebay sites, we make a donation to a listed charity via mission fish on Ebay on every listing. The charity and percentage of the sale will be clearly marked for your reading and information. The sites that we currently make donations to support AIDS action and military veterans.
