• We are an actual physical store open since 2006 and not an individual working at home

• We sell both in store and online. Items may be sold in store before we can remove them off this site. In general we restock from 2 days to 2 weeks. In the event this happens we will contact you to either offer you a refund or make further arrangements.

• From time to time we will offer a preorder or backorder item. We will indicate when we expect this item to be stocked and ship out.

• PLEASE NOTE: Our hours of operation online are limited during weekends and holidays.

CONDITION OF ITEMS:

• All items are official and brand new in box.

• Where there is shelfware we will indicate so in the description otherwise items are brand new/mint

• We do open to inspect busts and statues for damages or defects unless otherwise indicated

• Items are checked by 2 people for Quality assurance purposes

SHIPPING:

• We ship Worldwide. We will combine shipping on most items.

• Shipping occurs usually 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment Monday to Saturday. Items are not processed Sundays and Holidays.

• Estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 business days depending on your location.

• Item will be shipped registered and a tracking number provided. Tracking numbers will be provided next working day.

• Items maybe delayed by several factors including holidays and postal and customs procedures. We will work with you to obtain your items but please allow at least 10 business days from the date of shipment before contacting us

• Other shipping services are available including EMS, SAL, FEDEX & UPS. Air express available for an additional $2

• Insurance is included if you are extra picky about the outerpackaging. We take extra measures and pack in secure packaging, but items may still be damaged during transit. Please indicate if you wish to take extra precautions.

• Please indicate other special requests to ensure easy Postal & Customs processing.

RETURNS:

• Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Buyer must pay for return shipping

• Items must be unopened.

• Damages must be reported within 24hours of receipt.

• We reserve the right to request additional information in order to process your return.
