At Total Outdoors we alway's aim for complete satisfaction, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to first of all contact us for assistance. This can be done straight away by calling our helpline on 07900927917 or via E-mail to totaloutdoors1@gmail.com
In order to return any item to us you must contact us first so that we can arrange a replacement/refund and arrange collection of items purchased from you.

If there is anything we can do to help you avoid returning an item, please contact us, we'd like to help.
Customers may choose a refund if informed within 7 days of receipt, product exchange or a merchandise credit for all valid returns.
The partial return of an order in which a coupon was used may invalidate the coupon in which case additional monies will be due and/or deducted from the refund.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If your return is the result of an error by Total Outdoors or a faulty product, your refund will include a shipping refund - up to original item shipping amount.
The returns form must be completed for ALL items you wish to return.
Please track and insure all returned packages. Total Outdoors is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Merchandise credits are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
If you leave us negative feedback on a chat board or third party site before attempting to resolve a problem, we reserve the right to accept that as final resolution to the matter and may not accept a return or issue an exchange/credit. |
