* The standard flat rate shipping fee is only applied to domestic / 48 continental states (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico)
* Physical address ONLY. No FPO/APO/P.O. BOX addresses please. If you don't have a physical address, your purchase will be delayed or cancelled.  If you pay by PayPal, we only ship the item to PayPal confirmed address. 

* To prevent any delay on shipping delivery, we will require a phone number on all purchase. We also require your vehicles year, make and model.

 *9.75% tax is required for all Illinois buyers *

For international buyers, please email us for your shipping rate if you are located at other than 48 continental states.  Also, buyers are responsible for brokerage's fee, duties, Canada GST and or local PST if any of those would be applied. 

For the customers who purchase shipping insurance, we will be responsible for return shipping fee's and reshipping fee's to any damaged or broken items upon arrival.  And we will process the exchange once we receive the item.  If insurance is not purchased, we will not cover the damage during shipping.  We may file damage claim with carrier, but we will not exchange the item until the claim is approved.  Also customers are responsible for return shipping fee and reshipping fee as well. 

We ship our items by UPS/FEDEX/USPS.  For mid or large size items, we ship them by UPS/FEDEX to domestic and Canada areas.  And we ship small-size items and international by USPS.  We will email you the tracking number of the package as soon as we have one.   

Item(s) will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been verified.  The transit time depends on the recipient's address, usually takes 3 to 14 days.  Order(s) receives on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We only ship items to physical address.  We do not ship to any P.O.box/FPO/APO addresses. 

No collect on delivery (COD), no local pick-up

* Please inspect all items by the time it arrives.  If any damaged or missing items are found, please let the delivery driver know immediately.  Customer must contact us within 2 days after the date of package arrived via email for all claims of shipping damage, defects or missing parts.  No claims will be accepted after 2 days.  We will help you through exchange process step by step.

 * If the received item is not what the customer purchase or it function as intend due to manufacturer's defect, please contact us immediately.   Please keep the received package (box and label), and provide photos to show us the problem. 

* Professional installation is highly recommended to all our items.  If the customer needs to return the item due to fitting errors, we will ask for a written report from professional installers to state what the problem is and some photos to prove us how the item does not fit.  For any returns due to fitting errors, customer will be responsible for return shipping fee and full refund will be issued once the item is back to us.

* All return items must have RMA (Return-Merchandise-Authorization) number on the package.  Please contact us for the RMA number before sending any items back.  Be sure to clearly indicate the reason of returning, your eBay ID, and the item number with the return items.  Any return packages without a RMA number will be refused by us.

* Please send the items back to us in original package, and it should be no signs of being installed or mounted, no cut wires, no scratches.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or installer to confirm the correctness of size and application before installation.  We will inspect the return item and verify the problem.  If the return item has been installed, modified, or scratches; only partial refund will be issued.
