IMPORTANT CHINESE IMPERIAL DAOGUANG MARK PERIOD FAMILLE ROSE ENAMEL CENSER VASE

Up for auction is a Exceptionally Rare and Important Large Chinese Imperial Daoguang (1821-50) Mark and Period Famille Rose Lime-Green Ground Porcelain Censer Vase. The Censer is a Truly Magnificent Museum Quality example. The Censer is Fully Guaranteed to be an Authentic Daoguang Mark & Period example, so please bid with Full Confidence.

The Censer is Superbly decorated all around with Beautiful Famille Rose designs, along with a Vibrant Lime-Green Enamel Ground. The Censer shows its age with some light wear and scratches throughout, and could use a cleaning. But overall for its age is in fine untouched original condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The Censer is a Impressive Large size, I believe the Largest size that was produced standing 14 7/8 inches tall, by 13 1/4 inches wide across the handles. 

The Censer has very good provenance coming directly for a prominent middle eastern family which controlled some of the major industries in Pakistan, and which also had direct ties to the Pakistan Royal Family. When the Nationalization of Pakistan took place in 1972 they were forced out of the country and all their domestic assets were turned over to the new government. Fortunately this Censer was at the families London estate where they moved to after the Nationalization. The family member of which the Censer has been consigned for auction can remember the censer being in their London estate at a very early age, as far back as they can remember and they are now in their 60’s. The family moved to Canada in the earlier 1980’s bringing the Censer with them, which is where it has resided ever since. So the Censer is also a good fresh to market example that has not been offered on the open market for at least 50 of more years, if ever. 

The Censer can be compared to a very similar, if not identical example of the Jiaqing reign being of the same size, décor, and lime-green background that sold last year at Christies London for an astonishing 329,000.00US on November 8th, 2011, sale 7997, lot 412.  

I believe very few examples like this are known to still exist today, and most would only be offered at a high end auction with a Large Reserve, and High Buyers Premiums. However as all my auctions have run for over 12 years selling online the Censer will be sold with No Reserves to the high bidder regardless of the high bid amount, with No Exceptions. I believe this is most likely one of the most Important an Rarely Seen examples that has been offered on eBay, and I am very sure it will be some time before you have the opportunity to purchase such an extraordinary imperial piece like this again. The Censer would make an Exceptional addition to any collection, and is a Very Fine Investment piece.
