UNIT CONDITION:
This is a used laptop that has been subjected to a quick power-on test with an adapter and a visual inspection. If the unit turns on, we only left it on long enough to attempt to access the BIOS. We don't have the expertise to do any further testing and we do not test any accessories or parts installed in the unit. We do not test screens for missing pixels, nor do we test for backlight wear. NOTE THAT THIS LAPTOP IS NOT READY-TO-USE! At a minimum, you will need to supply your own power supply and possibly your own hard drive (check the listing for more details). If we do include a hard drive, we wipe them.
Pictures are of the actual item so what you see is what you get. Be sure to look over all the pictures before you bid! They will help you judge the condition of the laptop. If you have any questions about the condition, please ask before you bid.
COSMETIC APPEARANCE : Units may have some minor cosmetic blemishes, examples of which are (but not limited to) small scratches or imperfections. If a battery is included, it has not been tested. We also do not check for the presence of wireless cards and or optical drives.

Note that this does not cover damage incurred during installation or use. It means that your item works when you receive it.

If applicable, refunds will be given ONLY AFTER the item is returned, packed up along with all documentation. We do not refund shipping costs.
PAYMENT:
WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR PAYMENT. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DON'T INTEND ON PAYING WITH PAYPAL; WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT BY ANY OTHER MEANS.
Payment is due within 7 business days of the date your auction ends or, if applicable, your invoice date. If you need to make special arrangements, let us know in advance, otherwise your items will be relisted.
Sales tax will be applicable in Florida (7%), South Carolina (7%), Nevada (7.72%), Arizona (7.1%).

We only ship to REGISTERED PAYPAL ADDRESSES in the continental United States. WE DO NOT SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES or the Virgin Islands. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please contact us regarding shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We also do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time, sorry.
