SHIPPING :
Shipping in the Continental United States is calculated, Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is calculated .
Shipping ANYWHERE outside of the Continental United states requires tracking and is calculated at 9LBS (18 x 15 x 5) inches .
WE WILL NOT SHIP TO ANY P.O. BOX ADDRESS.
International Shipping:
Customers are fully responsible for all customs charges charged by the country the package is delivered to. Any import tax charged by another country the buyer is fully responsible for.
Hours of Operation:
We answer questions and process orders Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. We ship packages on Monday and Wednesday. Please note that if your payment is not made in a timely fashion it will delay shipping and handling.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
We do combine shipping, up to 3 auctions. Please note we will not wait more than 5 days to ship a package. If you want combined shipping then be sure that your auctions close within 5 days of each other. We will not allow customers to stack auctions and wait 15 days to pay. That is not how our combined shipping works. If you do not agree to pay in a timely manner or send us a message with a time request, then please do not bid.
PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS
We understand that some of you live in areas of the world where you can not CONFIRM your paypal address. However, in order to protect everyone involved, we REQUIRE that your payment for the completed auction be made via credit card before we will ship to an UNCONFIRMED Paypal address. Please call us to verify your payment, paypal cannot be used for unconfirmed addresses.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping cost posted on the package when you receive it is just a portion of the actual costs involved in shipping your item. It is not the total shipping costs. We would just like to raise awareness that proper materials and handling fees for electronic equipment can be costly. We want to get you your items in a timely and safe manner!
Customers with addresses in ITALY:
Due to REPEATED problems with the speed of Italian Customs & Post Office, we will NOT respond to questions about shipping to italy for SIX FULL WEEKS after the ship date. We have had repeated problems with buyers complaining that they have not received their goods. Then...after WASTING MANY HOURS e-mailing, the item shows up. The delay is not caused by us and there is NOTHING we can do about it. It is your postal system. Other sellers are simply refusing to sell to Italy any more. We do not want to do that, although we will be forced to if there are consistent problems. You are WELCOME to bid on our items, but you must abide by these terms. Thank you for understanding!

RMA AND RETURN POLICY
ANY PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO US MUST HAVE AN RMA FORM INCLUDED. WHEN A RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED, YOU WILL BE GIVEN ACCESS TO AN RMA FORM WHICH MUST BE FILLED-OUT AND INCLUDED WITH THE ITEM BEING RETURNED. IF A PRODUCT IS RETURNED TO US WITHOUT AN RMA FORM OR THE ORIGINAL PACKAGEING, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD YOUR RETURN UNTIL YOU CONTACT US TO GIVE US THE NEEDED INFORMATION TO PROCESS THE RETURN. THE RMA FORM CAN ONLY BE USED FOR THE ORDER FOR WHICH IT WAS ISSUED; IT CANNOT BE USED TO RETURN OTHER PRODUCTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED BY NEWLIFE FOR RETURN. WE USE STOCK PHOTOS FOR ITEMS WE HAVE MULTIPLES OF. YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM IN THE PICTURE AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE YOUR ITEM WILL BE COSMETICALLY CONSISTENT WITH THE PICTURE. WE DO GUARANTEE THAT YOU ARE PURCHASING A FULLY FUNCTIONAL AND PERFECT WORKING ORDER UNIT.
RESTOCKING FEE
Items ordered in error will be charged a restocking fee on the item's price and we will NOT refund the shipping charges. The restock fee for returned items is typically 15-30% depending on the return. You will be informed prior to returning the item(s) what restock fee will apply to your order.
RETURN TERMS
If you have a problem with your item, please contact us before your return period ends. After the necessary information has been provided by the buyer, we will arrange for the item to be replaced. (If we do not have a suitable replacement available, we would issue a refund.) If an item needs to be returned, the package must be returned to us at the buyer's expense. This applies whether the buyer initiated the return or whether we ask you to return a defective part after we've replaced it. It can be shipped back to us any way the buyer wishes as long as the item is received within 14 days from the date we authorize the return. THE RETURN PERIOD STARTS FROM THE DATE THAT THE CARRIER SHOWS THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED. If we are notified of a problem after the return period ends, we are not able to allow a return! Things that void a warranty are physical abuse of the item, improper use, failing to provide the original packaging, failure to return all the pieces/parts, any permanent alterations, and swearing/threatening customer service. Please don't throw anything away as packing will be need to file a damage claim. If your item arrives damaged and you do not keep the box and packaging, the claim will most likely be refused by the shipping company so we won't allow a return.
