30 Day Warranty
- Our goal is customer satisfaction.
- We provide a 30 day warranty against items that are dead-on-arrival (DOA).
- Warranty does not include damage by user.
- If unit is found non-functional within the 30 day period (starts on the date the item is shipped) buyer must notify TDX Tech of deficiency immediately. TDX Tech will determine whether the unit needs to be returned. A replacement unit will be shipped to the buyer. If a replacement unit is unavailable the buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
- The initial shipping/handling charge is non-refundable
- If determined that the defective unit needs to be returned to TDX Tech, the buyer will only be obligated to repack and ship the item to TDX Tech.
- Returns do not apply to items being sold AS-IS.
Only Paypal or major credit card at the time of purchase are acceptable forms of payment. Payment is requested immediately upon receipt of invoice. If unable to pay immediately please contact us using the ‘Contact Seller’ button.
We have a business presence within all 50 states and Canada. Therefore, we are obligated to pay your local sales tax. We handle this by backing the sales tax amount from the total sales price of the unit. Please note this when using the ‘Make Offer’ option.
Items will ship within 3 business days after payment has been received. Items will not be shipped on weekends. Please allow additional days for delivery of item. Business hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday. Payments made after business hours and on weekends will be processed the following business day or Monday.
Unless noted as free shipping or automatically calculated, before bidding or using Buy it Now, please contact TDX Tech to obtain a shipping rate. We will NOT ship to an unconfirmed Paypal Address. Items will be shipped to the address provided to us via Paypal.
All items shipped within the continental U.S.A. are shipped via FedEx Ground. Email us for a quantity shipping discount. Items which are large and or weigh more than 100 lbs. will ship on a pallet via a freight truck brokered through C.H. Robinson. For items over 100 lbs., a freight quote is required. Along with your zip code we will need to know if the destination is a business (with or without a loading dock) or residence (if your business is in your home it is still a residential delivery). Residences and businesses without a loading dock will require an additional charge since the freight truck will need to have a lift gate.
Please contact us for shipping outside the continental U.S.A. International sales will be shipped via FedEx or C.H. Robinson. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and/or import charges. We will only quote you for the shipping charged to us upon departure of the unit. International shipments do not include insurance, an additional charge would apply. We are not liable for international shipping damage.
We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. Our packaging meets or exceeds all standards and regulations required by all carriers. Unfortunately we cannot control a package being mishandled once it leaves our facility and are not liable for shipments damaged by the carrier. In the event that an item is received and damaged due to mishandling during transit, please keep all original packaging, take pictures, and notify TDX Tech immediately so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier. If determined the item needs to be returned to TDX Tech, the buyer will only be obligated to pack and ship the item back to us. TDX Tech will cover the return shipping cost.
All items are used, unless noted new in the auction. Please review item description and pictures prior to bidding. There are no warranties or guarantees, written or implied. We will not accept any returns for discrepancies which were listed in the description or shown in the pictures.
