came with no information of telephone or use, would have been nice. phone seems to work fine and am discovering new things about it daily. My previous phone was a basic flip phone and I am 80 years old so new experience

It looked good but when I got it and started trying to download apps, many would not download and the ones that did could not update because the Android version (2.2 I think) was so old and out dated. Sent phone back.

This is a good overall phone. I purchased it as an ATT unlocked phone on Ebay so I could use it with consumer cellular. I bought 2 of them so me and my wife would both have the same kind of phone. I saved a little less than $200 by not buying new phones from consumer cellular. However, I think if I were to do it again, I would just buy them direct from Consumer Cellular, because they were harder to set up and they lack some of the features you would get on one purchased directly. For example, although the phone rings OK,I do not get missed call and text message notifications. The consumer cellular app which tells you your usage cannot be downloaded according to their rep. Therefore I have to occasionally check my call log, and find out my usage by logging into my account on my computer. Otherwise we have no problem with these phones. I used to have a droid incredible from Verizon and these are comparable except the camera is only 5 megapixels. Overall I would recommend to anyone who uses Consumer Cellular.Read full review
This is a great phone if your upgrading from the old flip phone. The screen is sharp and vivid. Hardly no delay on the screen when you swipe it to do something. Games play pretty well on it. The signal is better than average (in my opinion). In my line of work, I'm always out in the boonies (mountains of West Virginia and Pennsylvania) and I get service 98% of the time. The battery life is pretty good as well. I'm very happy with it except for 2 things: 1. It's Froyo, not Gingerbread. So the OS is pretty outdated. 2. When your swiping downward, my finger tends to hit the Home key and sends me out of that program. I do need to add that you can put a Gingerbread ROM on this phone via xda forums but as of this writing, you'll only have 2g speeds. Plus I don't see AT&T upgrading us to Gingerbread at all.Read full review
I've been using this phone for almost a year (since Dec.2012). At first, the phone was pretty decent and fine, but now, the phone is barely working. Battery is dying fast, the phone keeps on freezing and sometimes the menu isn't even working. I can barely find any headphones to work on the device, as the only headphones who worked with the phone pretty good, was the headphones that came on the box. CPU is not so great, only 800MHz, and I feel like the phone isn't worth it, even for the low price tag (when I bought it-it was a 200$ price tag unlocked). A-lot of people lately are recommending phones from china not because they used it, but due to the great specs and low-price-tag, but... It's not worth it, you better go for a much-worst specs (or pay more for something good, high-end, and a good brand). I'll sum it up by saying that - If you are looking for a low-end device, and rather going cheap - then buy it (in-case you only need smartphone for msgs, emails, phone-calls and facebook and stuff). BTW, let's just say that even simple things as E-mail aren't so good in this device. I hate reading emails in the device, and if I get some big email, I can't read it all since I can move around with the touchscreen. Plus, I get updates really late. If someone just send me a msg on WhatsApp or Facebook, TextPlus, and etc... I usually get the msg after at least 15 mins, same about e-mails. I don't know if it's the device fault or Android, but it's annoying. Isn't a smartphone need to be... Smart?Read full review
