Payment is expected within 7 days of order confirmation date. If payment is not received by the 8th day from the order confirmation date, we reserve the right to sell the item and open an Unpaid Item case. In case of a slight delay in sending payment, Bidder must notify seller by email or phone that funds have been sent in order for seller to keep the item(s) on hold.
We'll match competitor's prices on most items! Please contact us to request a price match and include the following information: Competitor's website, identical item from legitimate seller, and published price for verification.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
At MBW Furniture, we strive to work with our customers to ensure that every purchase is a positive experience. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days, with FREE RETURN SHIPPING (Continental US only, excludes islands and remote areas). The 30 days starts once you have received your item, and your return must be in transit to us by the 30th day. The following cannot be returned: special orders, custom orders, or orders that are being held in our warehouse for a delayed delivery date.
Please contact us within 48 hours from purchase date and request your order to be canceled. After the 48 hours, a cancellation fee will be charged (5% of purchase price). This 5% will be applied as store credit for 6 months, and can be used toward your future purchases from us. After an order ships it cannot be canceled, but can still be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.

- Contact us to obtain your RMA number and fill out the Return Form.
- Repackage the item and ship it back to us. If freight pick up is required, Buyer is responsible for getting the item outside.
- After the item is completely packed, please call 404.696.2399 to receive the completed Bill of Lading required by the driver picking up.
- Receive refund amount less 30% restocking fee. We will cover the cost of Curbside Freight Delivery back to our warehouse (applies to Continental US only, excludes islands and remote areas). Any additional costs incurred during the preparation and delivery of return items (packing materials, putting items on pallet, hiring extra delivery person) are non-refundable.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer Free Shipping and Free Return Shipping to 48 Continental United States, except to islands and remote areas. Free Shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, or US Territories. Customers living on an island, remote area, condominium complexes, above-ground floors, or very congested cities may be charged an additional fee for shipments by a Common Carrier Truck Line. Additional shipping charges will apply to freight shipments to: Manhattan, NY; Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts; Harbor points in the state of Washington; remote areas of Montana, Nevada, Utah, and the Eastern Sierra of California. Please let us know in advance if you live in those mentioned locations so we can get a shipping quote with a suitable carrier. Additional charges will not apply to smaller items that ship UPS, USPS, DHL, or FEDEX.
For standard orders that are in stock, please allow 1-4 weeks from receipt of payment for delivery to your destination. Backordered items may take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Shipping time is subject to change depending on stock availability. Free Shipping is Standard Curbside Freight which includes delivery of your new furniture as closest to your garage or front door as possible (given that access to those areas are not obstructed.) We offer expedited delivery, guaranteed in 7-10 business days at an additional cost of $150. Please be available for the carrier to contact you in order to set
up a delivery date within that time frame. Fhe following items cannot be expedited: Custom Orders, backordered items, extremely fragile items, non stock
items, and international deliveries.
We offer convenient shipping to most destinations worldwide. If you live outside the continental United States and would like to place an order, we would be
happy to assist you. We also offer very competitive rates on shipping to Canada. Please contact us for a full shipping quote and include the following: Full
Shipping Address, Country, any information regarding your residence (apartment, stairs, congested city, etc). See our International Shipping Information.
All orders are insured by the freight company or UPS against loss/damages, at no additional charge. MBW Furniture will file all claims with the shipping company
on behalf of the customer, and keep the customer posted on any progress. You can rest assured that we will always do our best to win the claim for
the customer. In order to help us do so, we will request that the customer provide photos, details, and all relevant information pertaining to the claim. In the
event a damage claim is denied by the shipping company, we will cover the repair amount of the damage, OR send out a replacement if it is a new stock
item. We reserve the right to decide which method to follow, replacement or repair. In the case of antiques or one-of-a-kind pieces, we will either pay for
the repair OR request that the customer ship back the item for a full refund. We reserve the right to deny a repair amount in the event that it is unreasonable.
Additional Insurance Protection (optional but recommended)
We offer additional insurance which will guarantee that in the case of loss or damage, your claim process will be expedited and settled quickly, at our expense (before claim is settled with the freight carrier). Once we receive supporting materials and file a claim, it will be fully resolved within 7-10 business days. This process would normally take up to 90 days. MBW Furniture will stand by the customer and support your claims whether or not you choose to purchase the additional insurance.
In addition to our imports, we also specialize in custom-building furniture to fit your exact specifications. We are able to reproduce any discontinued products,
hard to find products, or those that are no longer available elsewhere. We've mastered this craft by using the highest quality wood and materials, as
well as providing a wide variety of choices in materials, finishes, upholstery, and hardware. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture.
