RETURN POLICY
We offer a 45 day return policy from the date of shipment. All returns must be in new condition ready to re-sell with a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number clearly written on the package. Shipping cost will not be refunded. A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returned items. Please contact us at (888)441-8808 to request the RGA number. Packages without an RGA number clearly written on the box will delay the refund process.
WARRANTY
All rotors have a 1 year warranty against warping or cracking when purchased with our brake pads. Our Brake Pads also have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. Replacement parts or a refund may be used to honor the claim at our discretion. The warranty is non-transferable. All warranty claims require a proof of purchase. No additional fees for installation or any other cost will be reimbursed with warranty claim. Only one warranty claim is allowed per customer. Brake Overstock neither makes nor implies any other warranty as to suitability for purpose other than expressly warranted here and is not liable for any form of consequential damage losses or cost.
We prefer PayPal and accept all major credit cards. Payment must be received within seven (7) days of checkout, or the item will be forfeited, and a non-payment dispute will be opened with eBay and PayPal to recover the closing fees of the sale. Orders will not be processed until payment is made in full.
Illinois shipments will be charged Illinois State Tax of 9.25%.

Unfortunately, we do not. We only ship to the 48 Contiguous United States.
