Your order should be fulfilled within the delivery timeline specified in the product listing. There are many variables involved in determining exact shipping dates, and for this reason please note that these shipping times are estimated, and not guaranteed. If a shipment, for whatever reason, falls out of the estimated shipping timeline we will notify you as soon as we are able using the email of record in your eBay account. You should receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled and left the warehouse. This information will also be sent to your eBay account email address

The shipping time and shipping service level will vary depending on which shipping method used for each product. Each product in our eBay Store has a pre-ship processing time, which is the number of business days it will take for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment from the warehouse or distribution center. Because our products are from manufacturers from all over North America, the pre-ship processing time will vary according to the individual manufacturer’s policies and general practices. For example, some warehouses will stock items that can be shipped within 24 hours, while other distribution centers might require 1 to 2 weeks.

Actual delivery of your order will then take the following additional amount of time to arrive depending on how your package is being shipped.

For small parcel shipments: Depending on where you live in relation to the shipping warehouse, after the product leaves the warehouse or distribution center, you will receive your item between 1 and 6 business days for couriers and 1 to 10 business days for postal service.

For truck freight and truck freight additional services shipments: After your order has been shipped, the item will be delivered in 3 to 10 days. If the item is being delivered to a residential address, an appointment for a delivery time will be made upon the arrival of your order at the local terminal. For deliveries to a commercial address, no appointment will be made. However, if you anticipate that there will be no one to accept the delivery on delivery day, you can call Cymax Stores to arrange an appointment.

For White Glove freight shipments: Since extra steps are taken to ensure that your order is delivered in tiptop condition, delivery will take from 1 to 4 weeks, not including the pre-ship processing time it takes for it to leave the warehouse or distribution center. Even though your order is handled as carefully as possible throughout transit, we still require that each White Glove order is inspected at the delivery agent before it is delivered to your door. You will be contacted by a delivery clerk to arrange a delivery time. Allow for a 2 to 5-hour block of time, Monday through Friday regular business hours; Saturday deliveries are made by special arrangement and are not always possible.

Paypal is the only payment method we accept for eBay sales.

PayPal payment is quick and easy, simply follow the normal eBay checkout process. If you don't have an account already, you can sign up for one at www.paypal.com. You can open a PayPal account using a normal bank account, a credit card, or many other choices.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return on most brands within 30 days of you receiving your item(s). Please note that certain items are considered custom or special request orders by the manufacturer, and certain products are non returnable.

Non returnable items:

• Assembled and/or Modified items or out of original packaging
• Mattresses
• Custom made or special request items-leather couches, chairs, fabric changes
• Opened bedding materials

If you return an item that is offered with free shipping, the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. In addition, a restocking fee will be applicable to most items returned. The return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lastly, no returns are accepted on used products.

In the rare case that your item(s) unfortunately arrive damaged replacements are usually offered at no charge. However, should you choose not to pursue replacements the damaged or defective products can be returned for credit as outlined in our Standard Return Policy.
