Dazadi.com is happy to ship packages to our military personnel serving overseas; however, export and freight restrictions prevent some items from being shipped to military addresses. Contact us to place an order shipping to a military address. Please note that orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will require extra processing and delivery time. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Always remember to include full name, grade and PSC or unit number when ordering.

Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US Holidays). Please see the product details page for more information about shipping lead times. After an item has shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping company information and a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Custom orders (including some team logo items and made-to-order game tables) will take longer to ship. We will contact you concerning shipping lead times for orders requiring customized work.
To ensure swiftest order processing, please review your shipping address carefully. Make sure the street number and zip code are correct. If your order is shipping to a business, include the business name and a contact name. Also, make sure to include the apartment number, room number or suite number, if applicable. Most importantly, include a phone number, in case we need to verify shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will delay processing and shipping and may be subject to additional charges.
During times of heavy volume, especially November and December, orders may take longer to process and ship, therefore shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. Please plan accordingly.
Small packages are shipped by FedEx or UPS. However, when it is best for you, we may ship using USPS. Some products are too big or too heavy for a regular delivery van. These Oversized and Heavy items - sometimes referred to as freight - will be delivered to you on a truck. For your convenience, we offer three delivery options for these large items: Self-Service, To-Your-Door and Room-of-Choice.
Please note that some items ship in retail packaging with product images printed on the box. If the item is a gift and you are worried about ruining the surprise, please consider shipping to work or an alternate address instead.
Orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after leaving the warehouse. Keep in mind that delivery dates are estimates based on item availability, shipping location and shipping schedules. These delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Yes, but only if the shipment has not left the warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, it is more difficult and costly to change the delivery address. You may be subject to additional charges and the shipping companies never guarantee these changes. To avoid these charges and inconvenience, check the delivery address carefully when placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery address.

Our goal is total satisfaction - that's why we make returning your item as easy as possible! We will always refund the full price of the item as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.
Please just follow these simple instructions:
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: We need this number to process your return. To obtain an RMA number, see our super simple instructions below.
- Ship your item to our Return Center (address listed below): The helpful Customer Service Associates at Dazad.com will get you the appropriate shipping labels. The discounted return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Pay no restocking fee: It's never awesome to pay for the same item twice. Dazadi.com does not charge a restocking fee on any returned item, as long as it's returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
What items are eligible for return?
Most of Dazadi.com's awesome selection can be returned within 30 days of receiving your item(s) as long as it's returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. Sorry, we can't offer refunds on products that show clear signs of use. Additional restrictions may apply. Please contact us for more information.
How do I return an eligible item?
The return process is easy:

- Pack up the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging and attach the shipping label to the carton.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number can be obtained in one of three ways:

Can I use a shipping company or carrier of my choice to return an item?
Yes, but you still have to get an RMA number from Dazadi before shipping. After you receive your RMA number, ship your item(s) back to our Return Center at this address:

Please ship the item using a dependable carrier who can provide tracking, insurance and proof of delivery in order to ensure that your item is received in the best possible condition. Dazadi is not responsible for shipments lost during return shipping or damage resulting from improper handling or improper packaging.
Please do not send returns to Dazadi's corporate headquarters or any address you may find in your original shipping documents. Dazadi may decide that a refund can be issued without a return. If this is the case, a Customer Service Associate will let you know that you that you don't have to ship the item back for a refund.
Can I refuse a delivery?
No. Returns need to have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Sorry, we can't issue refunds for returns that don't follow our return procedure.
Does Dazadi charge a restocking fee?
No. At Dazadi.com, we want to make the return experience as painless as possible. We do not charge a restocking fee on any returned item, as long as it's returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Items with Free Shipping will be refunded in full. Other items will be refunded the item price only, not including the original shipping costs.
What are the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs will vary depending on the item and your location. By printing Dazadi's shipping labels, you can take advantage of our shipping discounts! This means that the return shipping costs will usually be much less than those of other shipping companies. If you do decide to use one of Dazadi's shipping labels, we'll include a calculation of your refund amount along with your RMA. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
How soon will I receive my refund after I've returned my item?
Please allow 5 to 7 business days after your product has been delivered to our Return Center for your refund to be processed. Remember that it may take up to one complete billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds will only be issued via the payment method used to make the original purchase (paypal, credit card etc).
What if I purchased the item through an Online Marketplace?
If you purchased an item from Dazadi through an Online Marketplace (like eBay), Dazadi's Return Procedure still applies. Please understand that when an item is returned to us, the refunds can only be issued through the Online Marketplace where the purchase was originally made.
Can I exchange for a different size? Color? Item?
Unfortunately, we cannot do straight exchanges. Please follow the return procedure then contact us to place a new order.
I received the item as a gift, can I return it for store credit?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer store credit for returns. Refunds can only be issued to the original buyer.
What if I receive the incorrect item?
If you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 10 days of receiving the item. If you received an incorrect item as the result of a Dazadi error, you won't pay a cent toward return shipping costs. Dazadi will decide whether to replace a product or offer a full refund.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
In the unlikely event that your order is missing parts, damaged or defective, please contact Dazadi Customer Service at 1-888-382-4537 within 10 days of receiving the item and we will send you a replacement product or replacement parts at absolutely no cost to you.
