- Payment –
Thanks for your interest in our store! We ask that all customers make payment arrangements within 4 business days from the completion of the auction. We understand that this may not always be possible, and as long as you contact us, we'll be happy to make accomodations.
At this time, we ask that all payments be processed through PayPal. This is easier for us, and as they accept all forms of payment short of livestock (which we could probably arrange! (Just kidding.)).
- Shipping -
We try to ship all products within 24 hours of payment. As we also have full-time jobs to supplement our hobby, we may need extra time, but rest-assured that you will be kept abreast of any extra time that may be required to ship. In most cases, you will receive your tracking numbers within 24 hours of payment.
All items are shipped Priority Mail, unless the item is especially heavy. If you have other requirements, please let us know and we'll update your shipping costs accordingly.
- Return Policy -
All items are used unless otherwise noted. While we do our best to pick only those items that are in the best condition, we cannot guarantee that we catch or notice every crack, dimple, chip, or faded spot on your item. Therefore, please note that there is a certain amount of understanding on the part of our customers that these items are considered used and therefore not in perfect, brand new condition.
Because we do our best to show you every issue we can find, we have no doubt that you'll be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will not send you anything broken, crushed, or otherwise destroyed. What you see on the item's page is what we package for you.
Please note that if there is an issue with your item, please contact us. We want to be aware of it, and we will do our best to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
- Smoke, Smells, and Undesirables -
As we have a number of various sources for our picking needs, we cannot say with any amount of certainty what type of "lifestyle" these items lead prior to our acquisition of them. That said, we don't want odors, mold, or other undesirable attributes in our home any more than you do yours. Therefore, rest assured that ALL items undergo the sniff test prior to our acquiring them. Even if an item is in otherwise good condition, we cannot take the smell of stale cigarettes or the effects of mold and are more than willing to pass on the item.
