******Shipping Note: Our neon signs are shipped in our heavy duty custom boxes. These boxes cost anywhere from $10-$18 a piece which is reflected in the shipping price. They are absolutely necessary to suitably withstand the rough handling the packages are subjected to. The custom boxes house the factory box with UPS approved void fill in between the two boxes.  A great deal of packaging and time goes into each neon shipped. The price of  insurance, shipping materials, and labor involved (2 hours minimum) is figured into shipping prices. I am not trying to make a dime on shipping. I only intend to get back what I've invested.

 Paypal Payments only please unless otherwise agreed. All payments should be received within 3 days. A claim will be filed after 10 days of no payment without exception.

*International buyers or anyone outside the contiguous 48 United States must contact us for a shipping quote before bidding on or purchasing any item unless that listing is set up to offer other shipping options.

*Our default handling time is set to 5 days because there are times when we have a high quantity of large breakable items that need custom boxes built and special packaging that can take 2-3 hours labor each for the bigger items. That being said, most items sold will be shipped within 1 to 3 days.

*Do not make a purchase and then ask or tell us that it needs to be delivered by a certain date. All items are shipped in the order they were purchased. It would be unfair to those who purchased items before you to let you essentially "cut in line", so please don't ask. If you need something shipped by a certain date, ask if that will be possible BEFORE making your purchase.

*WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES unless otherwise agreed upon before hand. If your default ebay address is a P.O. Box, you will need to provide us with an actual physical residential or commercial address at the time of purchase. The address needs to be sent through eBay messaging, NOT through a paypal note or any other sort of communication. Failure comply will cause a delay in your shipping time until a suitable address is received.  

*We ALWAYS ship to the shipping address that you have on file with eBay, not Paypal. We are far to busy to cross reference addresses between eBay and Paypal for every transaction, so we go with your eBay address. If an item is shipped to the wrong address because you do don't have your current address on file with eBay, we will not be held responsible. If this happens, the buyer will be responsible for any and all fees assosiated with re-directing the shipment. If your eBay shipping address is not current, resulting in delivery to the wrong address and the item is then lost, the buyer will NOT be reimbursed for the item cost, shipping costs, or any other costs involved, because it will in no way be our fault.

All sales are final. We do accept returns ONLY if item has been grossly misrepresented in which case item must be shipped within 3 days.
