Harley Davidson Gas Golf Cart Repair Manual 1963 - 1980 

As another summer approaches you have to ask yourself...Will that Harley cart run or was I going to make those needed repairs?  Rebuilding a Harley engine is simple with this manual.  .  Our local harley repair shop is charging about $400 to rebuild a motor.  You can do it yourself for about $180 with this manual.  Also covers all the electrical systems.

1963 to 1980 Harley Davidson Gasoline Golf Cart Repair and Service Manual for sale.  Purchased from a Harley Golf Cart graveyard dealer/parts supplier who I do not believe is in the business anymore.  These old 3 wheel carts and 4 wheel Harley and AMF carts are few and far between at our campground anymore so I have gathered up all the manuals I can locate that were sitting around in sheds and campers.  We purchased multiple copies of this manual about 10 years ago and some of the manuals are in pristine condition, some are well used.  This manual is a duplicate of the original repair manual.  Some of the pictures are a bit tough to see but each repair area has step by step directions for the needed repair.  The manuals we purchased were bound in 2 different methods, some spiral, some spike bound.  The shown manual is spiral bound.

This manual will save you  money by allowing anyone with medium intelligence and some mechanical ability to fix their own cart. 

Now is the time to do that engine rebuild or repair while the weather is not favorable for camping.  This manual walks you through any repair that you are willing to undertake.

Covers every system from stem to stern on the golf carts listed above.  Does not cover the electric carts but does cover the electrical system.

This manual includes many photos and diagrams and step by step instructions.  I had repaired or replaced everything on my 3 wheeler when I had it with this manual except the rearend, amazingly, it never went bad! 

Manual doesn't do most of us with other makes of golf carts any good now so it needs a new home.
