E-mail your ZIP code for an accurate shipping quote if a shipping calculator is not available in the auction or if there is not a set shipping amount. Buyer pays all shipping costs. We will be happy to combine shipping costs on multiple purchases. We do not ship to PO boxes. Smaller accent pieces are shipped via UPS within 3 days of payment clearing.
Furniture items are shipped on a pallet by freight line. Freight lines will deliver CURBSIDE ONLY. Most items ship NEXT BUSINESS DAY after funds clear and phone numbers received. Some items will require additional crating and may take several days to prepare.
We ship worldwide, but some areas are limited to port pick up. Buyer is responsible for any import fees or duties. Customs forms will reflect actual selling price. You will most likely need to retain the services of a local customs broker and we will need their contact information: agency, agent, direct phone number and email address.
Below is our policy on damaged freight merchandise. *By purchasing this item, you are agreeing that you understand and accept this policy and all terms in this auction as a contract.
This is policy is also written on the shipping boxes so there is no confusion that you received it. This simply protects you, the buyer, and us, the seller.
When your item is received, you must check it for damage prior to the driver leaving. Do not sign the freight bill until you have checked your items. If there is any damage, it must be written on the freight bill, or a claim will not be filed and we (all parties involved) will not be refunded, and Elegant Accents cannot replace the merchandise. No exceptions.
If someone other than you is signing for the merchandise, they must be informed of our policy. If someone else has signed for your package, you accept the responsibility of telling that person our policy, and if they do not write damage, the merchandise will not be replaced and a credit will not be given.
Freight companies will not pay a claim for a broken item that has been accepted by the customer without any written damage on the receiving bill. We appreciate your attention to this shipping policy. All sales are final unless damaged during shipping.
Manufacture defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt and substantiated with photographic evidence.
PayPal, VISA, MasterCard and Discover are gladly accepted. TX residents add 8.25% sales tax. Sales tax will be applied to purchases in Texas as well as any furniture picked up at our warehouse in Texas. Payment must be received within 3 days of the auction close. After 3 days, a non-paying bidder form will be filed with eBay.

Elegant Accents tries to represent product to the best of our ability. We are not professional photographers, but try to take the best photos to our ability. Sometimes we use vendors' stock photos. Please note that the product you receive may not look exactly as shown in listing due to lighting, camera settings, monitor settings and differences in dye lots from different shipments. If you require specific angles or close-ups of an item, we are happy to fulfill those requests if possible. Simply, contact us with your request and be sure to include your direct email address.
