We generally ship all items within 2 business days after payment has been received and cleared. Depending on how far you are from Pennsylvania, you will generally receive your item within 1-7 business days after we ship whether it is shipped ground or freight. All items shipped will be insured at no additional cost and an email will be sent when the item ships with tracking information (when available).
*Please provide your contact phone number so we can pass it onto the shipping carrier in case of any issues. All orders which are shipped via Freight Carrier (major appliances, etc) must have a phone # before we will release your order as the carrier must have this in order to schedule a delivery appointment. Orders which are shipped via FedEx and UPS will deliver on their schedule (we cannot schedule a delivery time for them) and they may still require a signature upon delivery depending on the shipment.*
This item is subject to a fixed shipping rate (in most cases FREE in the lower 48 United States) which means that the shipping fee will be the displayed amount for all ship-to destinations shown. Our Fixed Rate Shipping Fee includes all shipment insurance, shipment notification (when available), handling, packaging & repackaging as well as residential curbside delivery service including delivery appointment setting on freight shipments. Everything listed is included in our shipping price with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. When shipping freight items, the packaging and security of the item will cost a large percentage of the entire shipment fee we collect. We strap freight items to pallets and package them thoroughly to ensure your item gets to you safely and we pay our carrier extra for appointment scheduling so that you are around to receive it!
**The fixed rate shipping price is for the continental United States only and does not include shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam or Puerto Rico which we cannot ship to. We also cannot not ship to APO addresses or P.O. Boxes - you must provide a physical address for shipment in order for us to ship the product. **
**Please note all orders canceled after they have been shipped by our warehouse are subject to a 30% shipment recovery fee. This will also apply to customer remorse refusals, returns due to incorrect size ordered and all shipments which are deemed undeliverable by the carrier to the address which was supplied in the order. All returns due to functionality of the unit must have a prior RMA authorization from 3Gorillas. Shipments which are refused at delivery due to damage will not require an RMA and the shipment recovery fee will not be applied.**
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS - Our fixed rate shipping price includes the shipping, handling and insurance and GST tax payment of 5%. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes, due upon delivery. Please check with your customs office for an estimate of these fees. We do not mark shipments as gifts or discount the declared value.
PICKUP AT OUR LOCATION - If we allow pickup on this item , you can contact us after you checkout to schedule a time to pickup your item(s). We charge no handling fees for pickup but you will be responsible for 6% Pennsylvania sales tax. Our hours for pickup are M-F 9:30AM-4:30PM by Appointment Only.
