What does Factory Renewed mean?
These fans were either store overstocks or store returns from a major retailer. Hunter inspects each fan thoroughly for defects or damages. The parts and accessories that were opened or damaged are replaced with new parts and accessories. The fan motors are tested to make sure that they operate as new. Each fan is then packaged back up in a new carton. These fans come with the same Hunter Limited Lifetime Motor Warranty as with any new fan. There is a special department at Hunter that handles any service issues on these fans. A phone number is provided in the carton in case you need it. You get the same piece of mind with any new Hunter fan, just less money out of pocket.

Product Availability: We try to make sure that all items we sell are available at the time of purchase. However, the availability of factory shipped product can change at a moments notice. If an item is not available at the time of purchase, we will do our best to notify you immediately. You may choose to wait for the item to become available, select an alternate item, or have your payment refunded.
Product Description/Image Policy: Product descriptions and images are based on information provided to us by distributors and manufacturers. Occasionally, this information may contain unintentional errors or omissions. In cases where we have grossly misrepresented a product description or image, you will be give the option of returning the product for a full refund or exchanging the product for the difference in retail price. You will not be responsible for the shipping.
Payment Policy: Payment is due within 3 days of the purchase. Payment is preferred by credit card. We accept AMEX, VISA, MC, and Discover. To pay by phone, please call us at 562-714-1307 between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm Pacific time. If paying with Paypal, use the link sent to you at the completion of your order. Please make sure that you submit a Confirmed Address with your Paypal payment. This protects us from fraud. If the address is Unconfirmed by Paypal, your order may be held or cancelled. If you need to ship the item to a different address other than what is on your Paypal account, please e-mail the address to us or list it in the message/notes box on the Paypal payment form.
Shipping Policy: Ground shipping is provided by DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Ground service is only good for the continental U.S. Shipping to Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii is an additional cost. Shipping express or overseas is extra and may not be offered on some items. Please e-mail us for rate quotes. We only ship to physical addresses. Shipping to P.O. Box or APO addresses is an additional cost. Items shipped from our warehouse will usually ship within 2 business days. Items shipped directly from the factory's warehouse will usually ship within 5 business days. Once shipped, please allow up to 10 business days depending upon the product and your location. If available, a tracking number will be emailed once the item is in transit. We pride ourselves in providing quick service. However, we do run into situations where the factory may experience unexpected delays in processing and shipping. We will do our best to make you aware of those situations.
Damaged/Defective Item Policy: All items sold are covered by shipping insurance and a manufacturer warranty. If the item is received damaged, please notify us immediately. We have 10 days to report any damages to our shipper or your claim will not be honored. If the item was shipped from our warehouse, we will ship you a replacement item right away provided it is in stock. We will file a claim with our shipper and arrange to have the damaged item picked up at our cost. If the item was shipped from the factory's warehouse, we will contact them to handle the damage claim. They will take care of picking up the damaged item and shipping you a replacement provided it is in stock. If the product is received defective or is missing parts, again, notify us immediately. The manufacturer will be contacted by us. The manufacturer will either repair or replace parts or the item at their discretion. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be issued in full. The factory will provide a Return Goods Authorization number for the damaged or defective item.
Return/Exchange Policy: All sales are final. If you order an item and it arrives defective or damaged and cannot be replaced, we will issue you a full refund. If you order an item and it is not what you expected or you simply change your mind, we will allow you 30 days to exchange that item for another of equal or greater value. Exchange value will be for the product only. You will be responsible for the shipping costs. If the new item is a greater value, you will be responsible for the cost difference. The return item must be in an unused condition in the original packaging. Any item that has been used or installed will not be exchanged. We will issue you a Return Goods Authorization number for the exchange.
