Your package will arrive by USPS.

-Please do not write on or deform the original package in any way, as this may cause the item to be refused and returned to you. Do not tape or write on items or packaging.

-There will be a 15% restocking fee for items that are not defective. 
 A returned product must be returned with all accessories  in the   
 original box. The value of any missing accessories will be charged to the buyer

-Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with Free Shipping, it means that we are paying the freight on behalf of the customer. In this case if that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred will be deducted from the refund.

-Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt.

-Replacements and refunds will not be issued until we have received the returned item. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

-We accept no responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit.

-All returns must be received by us within 10 business days of the RMA number being issued.
