(1) All returned items must be received within 7 days after the RMA number was issued. RMA number will not be valid after 7 days from the day it was issued. (2) All returned items must be in brand new or like new condition with original packaging. Absolutely no damages or scratches, no software modification. (3) We keep record of device unique IMEI numbers or serial numbers, if return item IMEI / Serial number does not match our record or in the event we are unable to ID the number due to the software modification, the return item will be deemed ineligible for return or exchange, item will be returned to you. (4) Manufacturer defective item can be returned for exchange the same model only. (5) Return for refund due to any other reasons and the item is in brand new or like new condition with complete package, including all the accessories and packaging will be refunded less any shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15%.
