All returns are at the sole discretion of JustTek management.
Defective Products can be returned within a 7 day time period upon receipt at our discretion. The buyer must contact us via email or telephone in order to request a RMA number prior to shipping the product back to us. No RMA will be issued without a case number from the manufacturer. Before being issued an RMA Number, your request for return of product will be reviewed against any applicable manufacturer regulations for product returns.
The buyer is responsible for shipping the returned product back to the warehouse. All returns must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging complete with all accessories and manuals. Products returned without an RMA number will be refused. Items returned that are determined to be missing accessories or parts, or not in the original condition they were shipped to you in will be subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee.
Please note that products which are determined to be defective by either the manufacturer or JustTek can be eligible for repair or replacement at our sole discretion.
Warranties are handled directly with the manufacturer.

PO BOX, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico Buyers
For large items such as computers and notebooks, we ship FedEx Ground which does not cover PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. We do not ship computer products or orders over $250 to PO Box, APO/FPO because Paypal requires a signature while PO Box, APO/FPO do not allow signatures. Buyers will have to pay for Priority Shipping via US Postal Service or pay for the second day shipping. If that option is not displayed in the shipping options then please contact us to get quoted.
All Buyers
As a courtesy to our customers, signature is required to either accept or pick up the package on orders over $100 or often times if the package is too large to fit into mail boxes. PayPal only requires a signature on shipments over $250. Products are shipped within 1 business day (M-F) after payments clear. Please make sure that the ship to address in PayPal is accurate in order to avoid any delays or possible reshipment of the product(s).
*** We ship certain products but not computers to anywhere in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and Germany. International Buyers are responsible to check details such as coverage of warranty in their country.
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
As soon as we ship an item or receive the tracking number for your shipment, we will post it promptly in PayPal. Please check the PayPal payment detail page for further information. An email will also be generated when we post the tracking numbers and sent to your email inbox. There will also be a delivery confirmation upon arrival of the item(s). Please note that once the item is delivered we are no longer responsible for it.
Reshipment
If for any reason you are not home during delivery of your product, you must pick it up from the post office to avoid having the item shipped back to us. In this scenario, buyers will be responsible for any cost incurred during reshipment.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged shipments should be refused at the time of arrival. Have the driver note the damaged shipment right away. Please contact us at once in order to have us file an insurance claim. We will then process another shipment to replace the broken unit.
Shipping Times
- Priority Shipments: Usually takes 1-2 days to most southwest US regions, and 2-3 days to most metro cities in the US that are not in the southwest region of the US.
- Light weight products less than 2 pounds and less than $250 are typically shipped with the US Postal Service
- Heavier items, such as desktops and laptops, are sent Standard shipping and are typically sent via FedEx Ground.
