Package up your whole laptop and include the signed PDF "repair form" in the box. Please do not ship the power cord or battery with your laptop as we have in house test cords and batteries for all models. Once your laptop is received, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt and we will get right to the video repair. Our turn around time is 24 - 48 hours for all HP Pavilion laptops that only require a video repair. Return shipping is included in the cost of the repair. About our service: We use multiple high end BGA rework stations, we can either rework the Northbridge (video) chip or Reball the chip. We also have a state of the art cooling modification that we perform on your motherboard so that the chip will never overheat and fail again. We can also adjust your fan speed to run at a higher consistent rate than normal to allow proper cooling 100% of the time, not just when it overheats. We will install precision machine cut copper shims and Arctic Silver Ceramique Thermal Paste in between the heat sink and motherboard and on your CPU. We will also clean the fan and grill area while disassembled. We are fully equipped to deal with anything uncovered during dis-assembly as well. All of our tech's are fully trained and professional and take a great deal of time and care with each repair.
