Q. Can you provide the actual photo of the item for sale?
A. Due to the volume and turnover of our inventory it would be impractical to use the actual image taken of an item on the listings. In order to be as accurate as possible we use approximations (item may be a different color) in our listings and note any differences in the item description.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We only ship to valid addresses in the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Q. Does your item include a warranty?
A. All our items are tested and working and are considered in used condition unless listed "Not working or for parts". We are unable to verify original warranty status of the product through the manufacturer. However in order to better serve our customers we provide a 14-day limited warranty. Q. Do your games include original Box Art and Manual.
A. Yes, all of our games have the original box art and manual included unless otherwise stated.

A. You can either use the ask seller a question feature on eBay. Please remember to include details of the order in your email including the item #.
Q. I live close-by, can I just come over and pick up the item.
A. Unfortunately no, we do not have a storefront or any other setup for local pickup. We provide tracking on our sold items over a certain price in order to protect both you and ourselves from any mistakes in acquisition of the item.

Q. When will my item ship?
A. We ship items on a daily basis throughout the work week. Due to amount of fulfillment that must be met, we ask that you expect at least a 1 business day lag on shipping of your item from the day payment is cleared.
