     Product and Warranty
  • This listing is a replacement laptop LCD screen display only, in brand new condition (unless otherwise stated in above specification section), directly from manufacturer.
  • Customer will receive a LCD screen from screen manufacturers, with matching specifications to fit the existing laptop.
  • The product comes with 120 days replacement-only warranty, against defects such as lines‚ fuzzy or distorted picture.
  • The product is in accordance with ISO 13406-2, which dictates an acceptable 2-5 dead pixels.

  • Laptop LCD lamp backlight (CCFL Bulbs) are factory tested.
  • Mounting Tabs and Inverter Holder for screens:
    The Laptop screen attaches to laptops internal metal brackets on two sides‚ and in some cases it may also use metal mounting tabs on the top and bottom. As the mounting tabs/brackets are not required to install the screen securely, the manufacturers stop making such mounting tabs on newer version screens.
    Please apply a piece of tape to hold the inverter on the back of screen when in need.
 
     Payment and Tax
  • PayPal is preferred.
  • The tax will be collected on product to be shipped to state of New Jersey.
  • Product being shipped outside of United States will incur import duties‚ taxes and charges etc. Those fees are not covered by either price or shipping charges of product, and are responsibility of recipient.
    For those buyers who have products shipped to a forwarding company within US, above fees will also be imposed.
 
     Shipping
  • The cutoff time for overnight shipping is 12:00 PM PT (eBay time) any business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Order placed beyond cutoff time is processed in next business day. (Buyer will be receiving the product in next Tuesday, if he places the order in afternoon of Friday, and chooses overnight shipping.)
  • A tracking number will be emailed to customer, upon processing order. In case customer missed the notification email, please login your eBay account to check order details.
  • The product will be shipped to confirmed address with PayPal payment. Sorry we are unable to honor any address change request.
  • The product is shipped in customized high-grade shipping boxes, with sufficient padding materials.
 
     Return
  • Customer has 7 days to inspect/install the product upon delivery. Please report any damage or dead-on-arrial (DOA) during the period.
  • Regardless reason, customer may return product during a period as specified below in eBay Return Policy Section, for a refund of purchase price less 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges in all cases.
  • Customer may exchange for same exact product within 120-day, when it is determined defects. When exchanging for a different product, customer is considered to conduct two separate transactions, a return and a purchase.
  • Customer please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping product back, and is responsible for any shipping charges to ship the product back. Any return/exchange without RMA may be rejected. Please follow instructions in RMA to pack the product or it may be rejected.
