Very good machine. I would recommend not using old paper it is a bit temperamental with reuse paper. The HP printer app work very well and gives easy control of the scan, print, fax functions.

It was poorly boxed with very little foam pellets to protect it with, plus the foam pellets got wedged into the automatic feeder and had a hard time getting it cleaned out in order for it to work. It prints in black only, no color printing. This was a very poor purchase, wished I'd never bought it from these people. To much trouble to repack and send back. Learned my lesson.

After cleaning the print heads and aligning them, the color print is faded and spotty. Unacceptable print quality. Seller says he tested it. I contacted him to ask what kind of printing he conducted and have not had a reply. As far as I'm concerned, it was a sham and he won't own up to it.

Printer did nearly all the same stuff as my old HP Officejet 8600 for half the cost.

The paper jams all the time. You take the paper out of the tray, pull the tray forward, tip the copier backwards and pull the jammed paper out of the feed roller. If you reload the paper right away, it jams again. Close everything up first, let it go through its maintenance program, and then it will ask you to load the paper. Hopefully it won't jam again, but this one does quite frequently.
