We take great pride in the quality of our printers, parts and accessories. Our refurbishing process is extensive and covers the following.
- Test the picked unit & replace all parts that wear like rollers, fusers, separation pads, charge rollers, transfer rollers, etc.
- Replace any and all other parts that show wear like drive gear assemblies, motors, fans, swing plate assemblies and the such.
- Lubrication of all moving parts & testing again extensively to assure that the unit passes all test points.
- The unit then goes to cleaning. Then painting & final testing where our goal is to do our best to have the device fail, not to have the device pass.
- This involves testing many small quantities of print jobs, some quantities of large print jobs, some wide format and extended length, some color, some all black, some graphics, etc.
- The unit then goes to packaging where all doors are taped shut, we place packaging on interior components that might move during shipping, then bagging and finally foam in place packaging and boxing in an over sized double wall box which is taped and stapled shut.
- It is due to this high quality process that our defective rate is equal to 1/2 of 1%.

WARRANTY:
All of our refurbished items come with a warranty.
The warranty is good for the duration stated in the individual listing and your invoice after your purchase. The warranty covers parts and labor. It does not cover consumables such as rollers, charge roller, transfer roller, fuser, toner or drum or transfer belt.
Fuser's have a separate warranty which is valid for 90 days, or 1/2 of the duty cycle stated by the manufacturer, whichever comes first.
We will cover the cost of shipping your warranty replacement to you, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.
Our warranty does not cover damage incurred during shipping.
SHIPPING EXTRAS
Standard shipping means BUSINESS to BUSINESS. If printer is being shipped to a residential address without a dock, a high congestion address, or a business in a high rise building, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES MAY APPLY.
