If your issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will first attempt to repair the item or offer a replacement item for any item that was guaranteed against DOA.
We reserve the right to decide whether we give a refund or replacement. Items returned to us without prior contact and authorization will be refused and/or not returned or incur a 35% Restocking fee.
Manufacturer's warranty: We are not an authorized retailer or resellerof any product that we sell. Therefore, any manufacturer's warranty on the items we sell should be considered invalid, and most likely willnot cover theitem you purchase. We are unable to answer questions about the manufacturer's warranty coverage, terms and conditions of coverage, or duration of any remaining warranty on any item we sell.
Please use the shipping calculator on the auction page to get a shipping quote. Shipping charges for quantity purchases of the same item can be calculated from the auction page by clicking the links next to the shipping price and entering the desired quantity or by clicking the “shipping and payments tab just above the item description. Rates for expedited shipping methods can also be calculated in the same way. Questions about shipping charges that can be calculated from the auction page will not be answered.
We also combine shipping charges for purchases of multiple different items if the items will be paid for and shipped together. Please purchase every item you require, and eBay will automatically combine the purchases and shipping charges on one invoice. If you pay for each item separately, you will be charged an uncombined shipping fee for each item, and your shipping charges will not be refunded.
We ship to CONFIRMED eBay addresses only to qualify for the seller and buyer protection policy.
We do not drop ship or ship to third party addresses.
Please enter the correct confirmed shipping address IN EBAY as our shipping department does not see the PayPal transaction and will not be able to see any other address.
Shipping prices are not negotiable, unless you feel the shipping calculator is incorrect for purchases of more than1 item. The shipping cost will include secure packaging and handling. All of our items are packed with 2-4 inches of padding on all sides to ensure safe arrival.
We ship most items within 1 business days after payment has cleared. A tracking number will be available on the auction page when your item has shipped. When leaving feedback, please base your shipping time rating on the amount of time it took for us to ship your item and not how long it took for your item to arrive. We have no control over the amount of time your item takes in transit.
Shipping to continental US addresses will be via Fedex or freight ONLY. The shipping price includes insurance for the purchase price. Items over $200 require adult signature confirmation. We DO NOT use USPS for continental US shipments. If the item is very large or weighs over 100 pounds, it will be shipped via freight. Shipments to AK, PR, HI and other US territories will be via USPS Priority Mail.
We offer overnight shipping; if you require your item to be shipped overnight, please call or email before 2.25PM Eastern Time so that we can ship your item immediately. If you purchase overnight shipping and do not call or email, your item may take a day or two to ship or may be inadvertently shipped Fedex Ground.
Freight prices are not negotiable. They include the cost of a pallet and packing materials. Please allow 2-3 business days for freight shipments to leave our warehouse. If your item requires shipment by freight, we will need the following information from you prior to shipment: We need to know if the shipping location is a residential or commercial address, whether or not the location has a loading dock, and a contact number so that the freight company can reach you to confirm delivery. Freight shipping to a commercial location with a loading dock is strongly preferred due to decreased cost and complexity of shipping. A tracking number for freight shipments will be provided upon request.
You are welcome to arrange your own freight shipment, but a $30 fee will apply to cover the cost of a pallet and packing materials. We will need a bill of lading and any other required documentation sent to us prior to the date of pickup. Truckers showing up prior to us having the bill of lading, will be sentback empty.
International shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail International and will be shipped within 2-3 days of cleared payment. International shipments will not include insurance and we are not responsible for international shipping damage. Delivery TO YOUR COUNTRY will take 7-10 business days. This does not include the time your item takes in customs or the time it takes for your country's mail carrier to deliver the item to you. Please realize that we have no control over shipping times after the item leaves our warehouse, so please base your shipping time feedback solely on how long it takes us to ship the item.
We will provide the label number from the customs form in the tracking information on the auction page once the item has shipped. However, this is not a tracking number and cannot be used to track shipments once they leave the US. ITEMS THAT WEIGH OVER 70 LBS. AND/OR ARE OVER 108” LENGTH PLUS GIRTH INCLUDING PACKING MATERIALS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY FOR ANY REASON. Some countries have lower limits on size or weight; if the item(s) exceeds these limits, then the item will not be able to be shipped to your country. Any item that is forbidden by law to be shipped to your country cannot be shipped. Please check with USPS for a list of shipping limitations and approximate costs for your country.
WE DO NOT FALSIFY CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS. The customs forms will reflect the actual price paid for the item and the item will be categorized as “merchandise”. We will not mark the item as a gift or other category. The buyer will be responsible for all applicable customs duties, import fees, or other taxes.
If you are purchasing multiple items, calculated shipping charges may be lower than the actual shipping costs, because the shipping calculator bases the charges solely on the item weight and does not take into account the size of the package required, the weight of the shipping materials, or the number of packages required to satisfy shipping regulations.
