unpaid item reminder, this does close once payment is received, if you
are going to be delayed in payment please let us know so we can help
ease the unpaid item reminder (we can not stop these from being

Discounted shipping is offered when a buyer purchases more than 2 items
at a time; we do ask that you request a revised invoice with in 4 days
of the end of the first auction.

allow us 1 full business day to respond and please wait for the revised

ship via Fed Ex for Continental US shipments (no PO Boxes please)

ship via USPS Priority Mail for all Canada** shipments (this can take

• Our
shipping rate to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii is via FedEx. Note we can
ship via USPS Priority Mail if you request a revised invoice so we can
calculate shipping prior to payment.

Canada buyers please note: Canadian buyers are responsible for all
taxes, broker fees, or other border crossing fees (these fees are not
included here and are part of the customs processes – not ours).
• We
ship all Canada shipments via USPS Priority Mail. We are required, by
law, to put the full purchase price and mark it as merchandise on the
customs forms. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping
company or collected when you pick the item up, these fees are NOT
additional shipping charges.
• We can
not under value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs
forms. Doing this is against U.S. and international laws.
• We
take a lot of time to take pictures of the actual item you are bidding
on and describe the item as if you are looking at it yourself. If you
receive an item that was grossly misrepresented, please contact us
immediately with the contact us button on the eBay auction/listing you
won.
• We
WILL respond during our normal business hours. We are here until 4PM
Eastern Time Monday – Friday (we are closed on Saturday and Sunday –

• We do
offer a 14 Day DOA Warranty. If the product arrives and is DOA (and was
not sold AS IS), please contact us via the contact us button in eBay
within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all items sold AS IS are
not covered under DOA warranty and will not be returned.

Batteries are NOT guaranteed, because batteries do not last forever and
battery life depends on use and care. NOTE: Batteries are never
guaranteed.

Returned products must be in resalable condition with its original
packaging and include all original parts & accessories. Charges
will apply for all missing parts & accessories. Please allow 3
business days for processing of returns.

Shipping is not refundable. No shipping charges associated with the
original purchase, return, or replacement of a product will be
refunded. We are not liable for shipments sent to us. We do recommend
that you use a trackable shipping method such as Fed Ex or UPS and
please insure item. The RMA # (return merchandise authorization) that
was issued by us should be clearly written on the top of your package.

included (please do not assume something is included if it is not
listed or in the photos).

operating system is installed it is a factory install using original
mfg disks. This means updates will be needed. Depending on the age of
the computer, there may be several updates. The buyer is required to do
all updates.

Provide you with real details on what you are getting (the good, bad,
ugly)

Provide you with real pictures (we do not use stock photos).

Provide you with serial numbers (if applicable) on the item you are
buying/bidding.
• Have a
lot of automated systems, including UPI (unpaid item) automation, a
policy set forth by eBay. This is fully automated; if your payment will

from western PA unless otherwise stated.
