 NEW A/C COMPRESSOR

This is a new compressor with clutch.

WARRANTY POLICY

If you have a compressor failure and have complied with our warranty policy, we will ship you a replacement compressor and return shipping label for return of the failed compressor.

Our New Compressors come with a 1 year warranty. Warranty is valid if the follwing proceedure is followed.

1. The entire A/C system must be completely flushed with an approved flush prior to installation of the compressor.

2. The accumulator / receiver-drier must be replaced.

3. The expansion device (orifice tube / expansion valve) must be replaced.

4. The correct amount and type of oil must be added to the compressor per the manufactures recommendations.

5. System must be recharged following approved industry guidelines.

* We highly recommend that a certified A/C technician be used to perform all work. You are making a significant investment and do not need to incur any additional costs. New compressors are highly reliable, with most failures occuring because the compressor was never installed and set up properly.

A Return Authorization number must be obtained from us prior to returning any item.

Prior to processing any claim, documentation must be provided to us that the above parts were purchased and installed unless purchased from us.

Our warranty covers the replacement of the defective compressor only. It does not cover any other component, labor, or expenses.

RETURN  POLICY

1. All merchandise that is returned for non-warranty related issues after 14 days of Buyer receiving them, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. A RMA # must be obtained from us prior to returning any item.

2. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping & handling costs. The original shipping charges are not refundable.

3. All returned items will be inspected for damage or installation, and must be clean and returned in their original shipping container. Any item found to be damaged or misused will not be accepted for refund.
