*Any damaged areas (particularly garmnents) that we find, are always REPAIRED prior to listing, if repair is possible. Any flaw that is not repairable will be disclosed in the listing
* Items are always cleaned prior to shipping, with the exception of professional cleaning (dry cleaning, fur cleaning, etc). Those services, should they be needed, will be left to the buyer unless otherwise specified in the listing.
* Colors of items may vary slightly in photos, because of a variety of reasons; lighting, differences in monitors, etc... We try to get them as accurate as possible, but getting them exact for everyone is virtually impossible. However we DO try to get them as accurate as possible and describe any differences to the best of our ability.
* All of our items come Most RECENTLY from a SMOKE and PET FREE enviroment. It's possible that some items may need to freshened up, particularly "dry clean only" items that may have been in storage for a while.

We use USPS mainly and occasionally UPS for our packages. Many of our store items have free domestic economy shipping as an option, as well as expedited, express and international options. All of our Domestic packages and contents are GUARANTEED.
We offer 1st class AND priority shipping options for our listings. We like to give our buyers the option of saving money on shipping charges. PLEASE Be advised though, that by choosing the 1st class option, that the USPS (although normally you will recieve your package within a couple of weeks) offers NO time frame for the delivery of packages sent via 1st class. They also do not offer tracking for those packages. If you choose 1st class, please know that there COULD be long delays in recieving your package that are beyond our control AND that you will not be able to track your package like you would a domestic package. If you want to be able to track, you HAVE to go priority with insurance. Most of the time, there are no delays. But sometimes it can take up to several weeks to recieve a package via USPS 1st class international. So if you are an International customer, and you need your item within a certain time OR you are not going to be willing to wait additional time if need be, then you will need to choose priority shipping as your shipping method. We do not reimburse for any 1st class international package that has been LOST or does not arrive until 12 weeks after the date of purchase, giving AMPLE time for any delays that may occur in the delivery. Claims must be made THROUGH THE EBAY SYSTEM on 1st class untrackable packages. This is so ebay can keep track of how often a buyer files a "lost" claim, to help discourage and control buyer fraud.
Any item being shipping that has a value of $50 or more OR that the difference between priority and 1st class is minimal, will only be offered with PRIORITY shipping.
International buyers also need to be aware that there could be additional customs fees and/or charges that are NOT included in the shipping costs paid for through ebay, that may need to be paid when picking up or having your package delivered. You will need to be familiar with your own countries export/import laws and be prepared (if need be) to pay these additional fees.
Returns are accepted for any reason if not completely satisfied. Item/s must be in the EXACT same condition as recieved in, and any original packagings that they may been received in returned as well. Detailed photos taken of all items document the exact condition of item at time of shipment. All packages must be postmarked within 14 days of date of original delivery. If item is recieved without consent BEYOND 14 days, there will be a deduction of 10% PER DAY of refund of amount.
100% refund of invoice total will be returned to the buyer in case of a gross misrepresentation of the ad in the listing or if you can show that you have recieved the item in a condition that is considerably different than that given in the description. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed in the form of in store credit that can be redeemed at any time on any future purchase.
Returns for ANY other reason are most certainly welcome as well. We do not want you to be stuck with an item you are not happy with. However these returns are subject to 20% restock/relist fee deducted from the "Buy it Now" or Winning Bid Price and any shipping costs (whether paid seperately, or part of the buy it price ie. "free shipping" listings) will not be reimbursed.
Any item sold by Nostalgic Fox may be resold by the registered buyer, using our pictures and description within 30 days of purchase WITH PRIOR CONSENT.
