HHO SAFETY KIT FOR HYDROGEN GENERATOR SYSTEM   -   Bubbler, Check Valve and Flashback Arrestor

BUBBLER
The safety Bubbler is made of 1 1/2” SCH 40 thick wall clear PVC. This unit is fitted with 1/4” x 1/4” barbed plastic elbows for your connections. At the top there is 1 1/2” SCH 40 plug for easy maintenance. THIS IS NOT A GENERATOR, but it is a very important part of a HHO system. The water inside the Bubbler helps to clean the electrolyte fumes that are produced from your generator. I also recommend using a one way Check Valve and Flame Arrestor between the Bubbler and intake. Unit dimension approx. 2” OD x 11”H. Colors may various.
CHECK VALVE
These 1/4" In-Line Check Valves are needed for your HHO project. Those valve go inline to help prevent Flash backs.
 This quality makes them indispensable in electrolyzer systems:
a) They prevent back-pressure in an Electrolyzer (generator), significantly reducing the possibility of gas being ignited
    and causing an explosion in the generator, in the event of an engine backfire.
 b) Placed between the Electrolyzer and Bubbler, they prevent water from being drawn from the Bubbler into the Electrolyzer
     after the electrolyzer cools down and the gases condense.
c) They provide unidirectional flow of electrolyte in a closed-loop system that utilizes a reservoir.
FLASHBACK ARRESTOR
New Hydrogen Generator Flashback Arrestor. Unit is 4 inches in length plus two 1/4" barbed ends. This unit will stop
 flashbacks caused by a engine backfire from traveling to your hydrogen generator and blowing it up.
