Possibly used , BUT like new - no tears or holes or wear! Size is 26" x 40".   Heavy, so it will stay put.  I got it from a mechanic who used it on his personal baby - a Corvette (1973 w/ 32000 miles!).  May need some light cleaning due to storage in garage. SUPER graphics!
