IMPORTANT INFORMATION

•  Always check with your local dealer for part fitment, we do not have access to physically test fitments at our warehouse. We do however provide you with as much information that we can.
• Look closely at the pictures for condition and inclusions. (exception - stock photos)
• NEW - items that are new: still in original boxes and blister packs.
• NTO or New Take Off - OEM items that are new bike "take off parts" that have been replaced on new or low test mile bikes. Look at the pictures – most will have some light scratching at attachment points etc. but are relatively “like new."
• NOS or New Old Stock - items that are new but have been on our shelves for a long time - items may have "shelf rash."
  
• NIS or New In Store - items in our main store's parts department concurrently offered in our eBay store. Supplies are in limited supply and usually obsolete  - so "Buy Now" make your "Best Offer" as soon as can. NOTE: The item you ordered may not be available for shipment. In this case you will be emailed current item status and refunded immediately.
• We try to provide as much information as possible and attach instructions whenever available - please refer to instructions for all pertinent information - PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME that there are nuts/bolts/docking hardware included unless specifically outlined in the description  and actual item photos.
  
• All items are sold as is. Many of our items are still new in orig box - but because of deep discounts we cannot accept returns beyond 3 days and then only if the item was mislabeled on eBay.
  

SHIPPING & HANDLING

• Our eBay Store has UPS pickups M-W-F.
• Typically takes 2 business days internally (not including weekend purchases)
• UPS Ground is 2-6 days after that…
• USPS for smaller items, PO Boxes and International addresses.
• Shipping and handling fees are calculated at time of purchase.
  

SALES POLICY

• New and Previously Unsold Genuine Harley-Davidson Parts and Accessories are no longer eligible for international sales, however...
• ALL Used and aftermarket parts will continue to be available to all markets.
  
• Attention Domestic Customers - New H-D policy prohibits the advertised discount sale of "New-Genuine" Harley-Davidson parts online - however reasonable offers will be considered.

RETURN POLICY

• We can only accept returns on an item in the event that the description of the item or part was inaccurate. See please read all included details and instruction sheets included in the photos  to aid in determining fitment for  your bike.
• Items in the Barb’s Harley-Davidson eBay store are either clearance or closeout merchandise and therefore sold as-is.
• We value your business and your satisfaction so please notify us of any shipping/item discrepancy within 3 days of delivery.
• If an item is approved to be returned, the item must have all original packaging and must be in the same condition as when we shipped.
• Buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost and/or insurance unless further notified.

PAYMENT

• All orders that are placed and shipped/picked up in New Jersey will be charged 7.00% sales tax on the agreed purchase price of the item(s) being auctioned/sold.
• We accept PayPal which accepts most credit/debit cards as well as direct checking withdrawals.
  
• No items can be shipped until PayPal confirmation.
