Our customer guarantee is that you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for the following reasons only: 1. Items are found to be DEFECTIVE buyer must attempt to contact the manufacture first. Model Kit can't be return once it is removed from plastic or tree and any attempted to build the model kit will void return. Pending on the outcome of you contacting the manufacture, we can assist you if you need help. Defective item will only be exchanged unless we don't have one in stock. We will issue a refund if we don't have a replacement. Play wear, loose joints, and damaged cause when handling or playing doesn't qualify as defect. 2. Items delivered are NOT the goods ordered (please note incorrect item must not be opened and keep in its original packaging and factory sealed to qualify for a refund). If you opened the incorrect or correct product, you have agreed to keep the product(s). Products MUST be returned in the original packaging. Original condition means factory sealed, unopened, unused, unaltered, unassembled (model kits), and brand new. A full inspection will be made, any signs of attempt to resealing toy packaging will void the return/exchange. Buyer agrees and is responsible to pay for return shipping if we discover the products is return NOT in its original condition. A refund will not be issued. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping cost is pay by the buyer no exception. All returns must be authorized and approved by ToyArena.com first. Do not send anything prior to us approving the return. Once approved we will provide an RMA #. All return requests must be made within 3 days after receiving order. We can only offer an exchange or a refund once we received the return product. Return must be postmarked within 10 days. When returning product, we recommend purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or lost during transit. We do require the toy box arrived safe and undamaged. If it is damaged, we may not be able to offer a refund. If item was purchased and doesn't fall under any of the above reasons and you wish to return the item for a refund, a 20% restocking fee of the total value will apply. Please acknowledge: Box condition is sold as is. We ship our products mint unless stated in description. We do not offer exchange, discounts, or refund for dents and creases caused during shipping transit. If you are concerned with box condition, please email us first prior to making any purchasing. We do offer collector packaging for an additional shipping and handling fee. Toy paint variation, paint chip, and different shade paint tone to figure is not refundable.
